Dr Peter Florida James

Clinical Director

Dr Peter Florida-James qualified from Bristol University and then trained as a GP in Banbury and Oxford, where he was involved in setting up one of the first cardiac rehabilitation exercise schemes in the country. He undertook additional training in the field of Public Health and subsequently worked as a consultant in Health Promotion in Birmingham on the Healthy Birmingham 2000 project.

Later in his career, he returned to General Practice and further developed his interest in Sports Medicine, which lead to him joining the Queens Park Rangers FC in 2005. Dr Peter Florida James served as a musculoskeletal doctor in the armed services MIAC clinics. Alongside this, he has been an attending doctor to the Cirque de Soleil troupe and supported a Premier League Hockey Club.

In recent years, Dr Peter-Florida James established a private practice serving visiting foreign aristocrats in the UK.

Dr Abu Islam

Chief Medical Officer

Dr Islam has extensive expertise in running primary care services. He began his career as a young GP Partner operating a highly successful GP surgery. During the Covid pandemic, Dr Islam & his team assisted with NHS surgeries develop safe, robust, remote triage models. He is an advisor for corporates providing consultancy on internalisation strategy.

More recently, Dr Islam, led the out of hours team deliver the ‘hospital at home’ service in southwest London, in a new NHS innovative project providing hospital level care to patients in their own homes.

Dr Islam currently serves the NHS as a GP with a Specialist Interest in Cardiology. This involves providing care in the community to patients with heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, and valvular heart disease.

Ian Murphy

Director of Strategy & Business Planning

An Oxford educated Chemist by training, Ian is an experienced Business Founder and Brand Builder with a Blue-Chip Consumer Goods background at Mars and GSK and experience as a Strategic Management Consultant at Monitor Deloitte.

As a management consultant, Ian led cases in the areas of Strategy, Growth, Innovation and Performance Improvement, providing Board Level advice for clients such as Nestle, SAB Miller, ICI, BG Group, and Cadbury Schweppes amongst others.

As a Business Founder, Ian has built from scratch multi-million pound brands with a portfolio of retail customers across the high street and online.

Ian is also a Business Adviser to SMEs and innovators, using his experience of brand building and strategic planning, to guide them on the road to success.
